Truly memorable stay, as always. Clean hotel in a traditional building just off the main attractions in Hakone as well as the ropeway / cable cars giving great general access around Hakone. A lot of DELICIOUS food. Great staff during my stay. Remote location, at a medium distance from A Crafthouse Gallery. Also, close to restaurants.

this ryokan is a hidden gem in hakone. the staff goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. i loved the private onsen experience and the breathtaking views from the hotel. it truly exceeded my expectations and made my holidays unforgettable.

The hotel is clean and has comfortable rooms with extremely comfy beds. The double room overlooks the mountain and includes an electric kettle and a refrigerator. All of the property's staff are great. The setting is stunning and beautiful, next to the railway station.

the room with zen garden view and private onsen made our stay at Onsen & Garden -Asante Inn- in Hakone truly incredible. The delicious dinner and breakfast were worth the extra cost and we didn't even need to eat out. The staff were kind and even offered us a free shuttle. Truly a marvelous experience!

We had a truly wonderful stay at a delightful inn in Hakone. The moment we arrived, we were greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made us feel right at home. The inn had a beautiful Japanese garden that added to the serene atmosphere. The design of the place perfectly blended a rustic mountain lodge with elegant Japanese minimalism. The wood-burning stove added a cozy touch. The owner personally welcomed us and shared stories of his travels, making us feel like family. The onsen was an unexpected bonus, and we enjoyed delicious meals at the inn's cafe.
